How to use NAB Telephone Banking
1. Phone 13 22 65, 24 hours, 7 days a week.
2. Enter your NAB Identification Number then #
3. Enter your password then #

Press one or more of the following numbers for the services required:

1) Account balance

2) Statement information

3) Transfer funds and NAB Credit Card payments

4) Other services - change password

5) BPAY *

6) Customer Service Representative if you require personal service

The Internet Banking Support Team can be contacted on 1300 651 656 or International on +61 3 8641 9886 from 8:00am - 9:00pm (EST) Monday to Friday and 9:00am - 6:00pm (EST) Saturday & Sunday, and are happy to assist you when the general customer service area (13 22 65) is unavailable.

Stop Payment

You can cancel a future dated or scheduled payment/transfer by calling the Internet Banking Support Team on 1300 651 656 or International on +61 3 8641 9886 from 8:00am - 9:00pm (EST) Monday to Friday and 9:00am - 6:00pm (EST) Saturday & Sunday. Please note: you must be the primary owner of your NIN to cancel any payments via the Internet Banking Support Team.
